A couple of weeks ago I was fortunate enough to get to facilitate three separate Open Space unconferences within a weeks time. I’ve done this several times before but the amount of data I gathered during this week gave me the idea to a blog post that’s now been published on the Spotify Labs blog.
Once again Agila Sverige proved to be the most awesome conference. It’s like going to the family reunion with a family you got to pick yourself. Great people that provide great safety for each other.
This was my contribution this year. A finishing lightning talk on the importance of keeping in mind that:
